Following extensive development and culinary trials, we are pleased to announce the introduction of the Electric Dominator Fan-assisted Oven Range.

This new addition delivers the high-level of cooking consistency that today’s operators demand. Glass-viewing panels are located in the doors and an internal light is fitted as standard - no need to lose valuable heat to view the excellent even cooking results.

Three high-power hotplates cover the entire hob area to provide greater cooking versatility. The large capacity roasting-oven provides four-shelf position cooking and the double doors allow easy access for up to 2/1 gastronorm trays.

As is the case with all Falcon products, hygiene and energy efficiency are key to product design. With features such as integral debris trays, an easy to clean oven and high-performance elements, outstanding performance is guaranteed.
