The Craft Guild of Chefs is the largest UK chefs association with members worldwide in foodservice and hospitality, from students and trainees to top management working everywhere from Michelin starred restaurants to school catering divisions. Now in their 17th year, the Awards aim to reward leading chefs from across the industry.

Chairman Andrew Green, who hosted the event for the first time said the standard and number of entries was unbelievably high this year.

“We had such a diverse mix of chefs to choose from this year, and each and every winner thoroughly deserves the kudos and prestige that comes with a Craft Guild of Chefs award,” said Andrew. “In football terms, they are officially elevated into the premier league.”
