On-site facilities within our Stirling, Scotland site include a Brand Technical Centre that hosts an R&D laboratory, design office and demonstration kitchen. This fully equipped resource is designed to appeal to chefs and buyers alike, the perfect location to showcase working units in a professional environment. Product excellence is proven through presentations and ‘hands on’ training that provides crucial experience, prior to purchase.

Products are manufactured in accordance with the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2000 quality management system standard. This covers all aspects of design, manufacture and testing – resulting in reliable, safe and long-lasting appliances. In addition to manufacturing standards, Falcon was among the first foodservice equipment suppliers to be awarded the prestigious ISO14001 environmental certification. Going forward, we seek to integrate existing internal systems to further improve efficiencies.
The Future
Dedicated to meeting demands that apply to environmental considerations, Falcon recently launched affordable induction units and introduced high-efficiency burner systems to a number of models. We can also advise clients on best practice with regard to operating a successful catering operation.
