Our customers include prisons, hospitals, universities and schools in the public sector and restaurants, gastropubs and hotels in the private sector. We have undertaken special projects to create bespoke suites for marine and rail transport and are open to any challenge.
For over 75 years, Falcon has built a strong reputation based on reliability and excellent build quality. Our expertise and manufacturing flexibility can be used to satisfy the requirements of any catering business. We have heavily invested in creating a flexible manufacturing centre that has enabled us to meet specific catering requirements for the most challenging projects including rail, ferries and cruise ships. Over the last few decades our Central Island Suites have been installed in famous sites such as Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Club, Hammersmith and West London College and The Royal and Ancient Golf Club, St Andrews.
Falcon products are exported worldwide and our global network is growing with dealers, distributors and sales offices in the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Middle East. Thorough research means we constantly have up-to-date market intelligence and are ready to meet changing demands and to identify key trends.
The Falcon Centre of Culinary Excellence is headed by our Development Chef, Neil Roseweir, who oversees all Product Development to ensure that the highest standards of performance are achieved. The facility provides a hands-on environment for customers to develop menu concepts and evaluate equipment. It is only by working this closely with customers that we can ensure to meet their exact and demanding requirements to enable delivery of the high quality food in the most cost-effective way.
Falcon is recognised as the provider of high quality, innovative commercial catering equipment. We are fully committed to continuous research and development to ensure we can offer complete catering solutions.
