Chargrills in Focus

Chargrilling (also known as charbroiling) is a dry heat method of cooking which uses two different methods of heat transfer – radiation and conduction. This gives it a unique flavour that can't be replicated on any other piece of equipment. Chargrilling is a great way to add succulent and beautifully branded food to any menu.

In this section you will find lots of information on our chargrills, including a look at the features and benefits that make the Dominator Plus chargrill such a favourite, some tips from our development chef on how to get the most from your chargrill and a video showing how easy it is to deep clean the chargrill.
