Bratt Pans in Focus

Although essentially just a big pan, a bratt pan is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment a professional kitchen can have. With large capacities and able to carry out multiple methods of cooking (braise, boil, poach, stew, steam, griddle and shallow fry - some can also deep fry), these are one of the most popular appliances for bulk production kitchens everywhere. They can also be used as a bain marie when not being used to actually cook in.

This page lists the different bratt pans available from Falcon, highlighting some of the differences between them to make it easier to decide which one is right for your kitchen.
