Same Performance, Smaller Footprint
Within our product portfolio are a variety of models in different widths to suit kitchen size, demand and menu choices. For those kitchens where demand for high quality food is high, yet kitchen space is limited, there are a number of different products that are ideal.
The Dominator Plus and F900 Series portfolios both feature 400mm wide chargrills, griddles, fryers, induction hobs and boiling tops, ensuring that chefs don't have to compromise to create their ideal cookline. Complementary products aimed at completing the cookline - bain marie, chip scuttle, pasta cooker and cabinets are all 400mm wide too. Also within Dominator Plus are 600mm wide gas and electric ranges with 1/1 GN compatible ovens.
What this means is that a chef in a smaller kitchen requiring a cookline consisting of oven range, fryer, chargrill, griddle and cabinet to be able to fulfill his menu would have had to compromise on the equipment as a cookline of 3.5m long would take up too much space. With these narrower models to choose from, this exact same cookline can be installed more easily, as the length would only be 2.2m.
