Working at falcon
At Falcon, continual improvement and development are key foundations of our business. This can be seen running through the company, not just in new product development and manufacturing operations but in our commitment to our personnel. Our people are our most important assets and we look to provide an environment, support network and the opportunity for people to develop and enhance their skills to the betterment of themselves, our company and our customers.
As Digital Marketing Executive you’ll help shape how our brand shows up online. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking marketing team where your ideas won’t just be heard — they’ll be used. Your creativity, insight and digital instincts will directly influence how we engage with distributors, consultants, chefs, operators and the wider foodservice community across every major digital platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll be the driving force behind Falcon’s online visibility, brand storytelling, and digital lead generation.
You’ll take ownership of our website, create compelling digital content, lead our social media strategy, manage Google Ads campaigns — and ensure every interaction with Falcon feels polished, consistent and unmistakably Falcon.
