Our Dominator range was the forerunner to our market-leading Dominator Plus series and is home to some of our legacy products that still form the backbone of many kitchens around the UK, particularly in the public sector. These products are primarily gas or electric true convection ovens (with or without hobs) which are ideal for high production kitchens or those operations with constant demand.
Boiling pans are the other main product type in the Dominator range, with a number of gas and electric models with various capacities to choose from. These are particularly prominent in institutional catering operations such as hospitals and prisons.
Dominator models are the perfect complement to a Dominator Plus cookline.
