Additional features include a 150mm hob area - ideal for plating up or for keeping utensils to hand. Gas open tops feature heavy duty, individual cast iron pan supports that can cope with the roughest of pan work. Ovens are large capacity 2/1 compatible, with heavy duty drop down door and are easy to clean, with two 665mm x 330mm shelves supplied as standard. 

Chieftain fryers are equally equipped to handle the demands of a high volume kitchen, delivering output of up to 60kg chips per hour due to the powerful burners and elements ensuring rapid heat up and recovery times. Single and twin basket and twin pan models are available to suit your needs.
