As Digital Marketing Executive you’ll help shape how our brand shows up online. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking marketing team where your ideas won’t just be heard — they’ll be used. Your creativity, insight and digital instincts will directly influence how we engage with distributors, consultants, chefs, operators and the wider foodservice community across every major digital platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll be the driving force behind Falcon’s online visibility, brand storytelling, and digital lead generation.

You’ll take ownership of our website, create compelling digital content, lead our social media strategy, manage Google Ads campaigns — and ensure every interaction with Falcon feels polished, consistent and unmistakably Falcon.

You’ll also be a key link between marketing, sales, our distributor network and thousands of commercial kitchens across the UK, helping ensure Falcon stays front of mind and remains the manufacturer of choice in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

Website & SEO

  • Bring vision to our online presence and keep our website constantly fresh, accurate and easy to use
  • Monitor site performance and user behaviour through analytics
  • Implement SEO best practices and optimise pages to drive high-quality enquiries and increased lead generation

 

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, whilst also investigating other social media platforms that we could get value from
  • Create posts, images, and short videos that tell our brand story.
  • Analyse performance and build meaningful, consistent audience engagement
  • Educate and support our sales team on how to get the most from social media

 

Video Production

  • Work with our development chef to create product demos and training videos
  • Increase our video content through the creation of testimonials, event coverage and explainer videos
  • Edit, publish, and manage a growing library of multimedia content.

 

Digital Campaigns & Advertising

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns (ie Google Ads, Caterlyst)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Track ROI and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing or content production (or a strong demonstrable portfolio).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and web analytics.
  • Skilled in video creation and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar).
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects.
  • Proactive, positive, and eager to make a real impact.

 

Desirable:

  • Experience managing social media accounts within a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, email automation tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
