Christmas and New Year Opening 

We close at 13.30 hours on Tuesday 23rd December for Christmas and re-open at 08.30 hours on Monday 5th January 2026.

Any Unit orders requiring delivery before our holiday should be placed by 11am on Friday 19^th December (subject to stock availability)

We are also able to ship products (again subject to stock availability) via overnight transport for deliveries required before Christmas, but these must be placed before 10am on Monday 22nd December.

For Spare Parts, orders must be placed by Monday 22nd December for delivery before Christmas (subject to stock availability). Any orders placed after this date will not be processed until Monday 5^th January 2026 and will be delivered as soon as possible after this.

Warranty Service

Our service department will be offering email-only cover for emergency warranty calls only on Wednesday 24th December, Monday 29th December, Tuesday 30th December and Wednesday 31st December  and will return to the office on Monday 6th January.

During the period where the Falcon offices are shut the service department will only be contactable by email on service@falconfoodservice.com
