Pro-Lite equipment is designed for use in smaller outlets with limited demand. This range of light duty, modular products make it easy for caterers to maximise the cooking space, particularly important if you have a limited-sized kitchen. 

All models are electric, the majority of which are supplied with a 13A plug so installation is quick and easy, with the products being ready to use almost as soon as they're unpacked, with your kitchen up and running in no time. Not only does this save time, it also means that the equipment is ideal for off-site events, providing the capability of offering outside catering services for events in temporary locations.

The size and ease of movement also means units can be added to any size ktichen when needed - for example, the addition of a smaller fryer can be ideal for confidently producing specific allergen-free food items, freeing up the kitchen's main fryer to produce the standard offering.

Models include two and four hotplate boiling tops, freestanding and countertop fryers, chip scuttle, griddles, grill, bains' marie, pasta cooker, water boiler and a convection oven.

Complementary furniture such as hot cupboards and shelf units for mounting countertop models are also available.
