The HH2-GHT features two 8 x 1/1 GN capacity portrait-loading thermostatically-controlled hot holding compartments that keep food at optimum temperature. Doors open 270° for ease of loading and unloading and are lockable. Each compartment is supplied with 8 shelves.
The heated glass panelled hot top and heated gantry ensure food being served stays hot while the full-height sneeze screen prevents contamination or guests trying to serve the food themselves.
