The COEN121ET Naboo Compact is a stacked combi oven solution that integrates two ovens into one unit, allowing operators to cook different menus, temperatures and cooking cycles simultaneously without cross-interference.

Each chamber is independently controlled via Lainox’s touchscreen interface, offering precise control of convection, steam and mixed cooking modes. The unit supports automated cooking programmes, recipe storage and HACCP data recording, making it suitable for high-consistency kitchen environments such as healthcare, education, hospitality and multi-site operations.

With automatic cleaning as standard and a compact footprint, the COEN121ET is designed to maximise productivity while reducing space requirements, labour input and operational complexity.
