The COEN161ET Naboo Compact provides increased capacity while maintaining a space-saving stacked design and minimising height of top shelf. Featuring two fully independent oven chambers (one x 6x1/1 and one x 10x1/1GN), operators can run separate cooking processes simultaneously, improving kitchen efficiency and menu flexibility.

The touchscreen control system offers intuitive operation, programmable recipes, automatic cooking cycles and full visibility of cooking parameters at a glance.
