Regional Sales Manager - Lainox

Lainox, in partnership with Falcon Foodservice, is looking for a driven and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to help accelerate our growth across the UK. This is a rare chance to represent a global, premium brand backed by the strength, resources and reputation of both Lainox and Falcon — two leaders in professional kitchen innovation.

This is a role with genuine variety, pace and involvement. No two days look the same. One morning you might be sitting down with a dealer’s Managing Director or training their sales team; that same afternoon, you could be demonstrating a combi oven to a customer, or completing a full handover after supporting the project from start to finish with the end user.

You’ll take ownership of developing and growing sales of Lainox appliances, utilising the full portfolio — combination ovens, blast chillers and accelerated cooking systems — working with key accounts, foodservice consultants, national groups and the wider dealer network. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Falcon regional sales team to maximise opportunities, strengthen relationships and expand our presence.

This role is all about driving growth and developing relationships: nurturing existing customers, introducing new products and opening doors with new operators as part of our ambitious expansion plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow sales across a defined region using the full Lainox product range
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, consultants and key accounts
  • Develop new business with targeted operators
  • Increase penetration in existing accounts through new and additional product opportunities
  • Work closely with Falcon regional managers to deliver shared growth objectives
  • Provide accurate weekly reports on sales activity, product performance and future opportunities

 

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial skills and know-how with genuine culinary understanding. If you’ve worked in professional kitchens and understand how chefs think — and you also love selling great equipment that makes kitchens better — you’ll be a perfect fit.

  • Competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Someone with a clean driving licence and a willingness to travel
  • Ideally experienced in sales within the foodservice industry
