Falcon publishes latest fryer safety advice for end users

We have discovered that some end users are purposely bypassing safety reset switches and buttons on fryers which is stopping them functioning as intended. It is vital that operators NEVER interfere with switches and safety devices and this is very dangerous and can lead to serious electrical or fire safety issues.

To this end we've published a new Fryer Operator Bulletin to advise on the importance of adhering to safety procedures and regular cleaning and maintenance to reduce fire risks in fryers. You can download this here.
