Falcon Introduces Oracle XS: Big Performance from a Compact High-Speed Oven

Falcon Foodservice Equipment has expanded its high-speed cooking portfolio with the introduction of the Lainox Oracle XS, a compact yet powerful oven designed to deliver exceptional speed, consistency and versatility in even the most space-constrained environments.

Developed for operators who need fast service without compromising on food quality, Oracle XS combines microwave technology with impingement airflow to dramatically reduce cooking times while maintaining excellent results. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for cafés, bars, stadium kiosks, forecourts and other operations where space is limited but demand for freshly cooked food is high. It's also ideal for hotels, allowing a variety of food items to be ordered outwith restaurant opening hours without requiring members of the catering team to be present.

Oracle XS isn't just a glorified toastie or panini machine, it offers far greater culinary flexibility. From proteins and plated dishes to pastries, pizzas and toasted items, it enables operators to deliver a broad menu quickly and consistently. The intuitive touchscreen interface also means it can be operated by any member of staff, making it perfectly suited to front-of-house locations as well as traditional kitchens. 

Crucially, Oracle XS allows food to be cooked or regenerated to order, eliminating the need for hot holding. This ensures food is served fresh every time, reduces food waste and helps operators maintain consistently high quality while still delivering minimal waiting times for customers.

Oracle XS is also designed to be quick and simple to install. Measuring just 356mm wide and only 588mm deep, it easily fits onto any worktop and as a plug-and-play appliance it can be positioned wherever there is power available, giving operators the flexibility to add fast cooking capability in kitchens, service counters or front-of-house areas without complex installation requirements.

Oracle XS joins the wider Lainox Oracle high-speed oven family, which also includes the Oracle M and the high-capacity Oracle XL. Together they offer operators a scalable solution, from compact front-of-house installations through to larger kitchens requiring greater output, all built around the same principles of speed, simplicity and outstanding cooking performance.
